These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bible Chat app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Bible Chat provides Scripture reading, devotionals, a prayer journal, and an AI companion that answers questions grounded in the Bible. The AI can make mistakes and is not a substitute for professional pastoral, medical, legal, or mental‑health advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse‑engineer it, or use it to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Intellectual property

Scripture text is the Berean Standard Bible (public domain). The app's design, software, and original content are owned by the developer and provided to you under a limited, non‑transferable license for personal, non‑commercial use.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
